Terms of Service

1. About Tenno.gg

Tenno.gg is an unofficial, community-operated tool site designed to enhance the Warframe gaming experience. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Digital Extremes, the developers of Warframe. All Warframe-related names, assets, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Warframe data displayed on this site is retrieved through the official Warframe public API. Profile data is imported directly by the user and is not obtained through any unauthorized or unsupported methods.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required to play Warframe in your region (generally 13 years of age or older, as determined by Digital Extremes' own Terms of Service) to use Tenno.gg. By using this site you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using OAuth providers (Google, Discord, Steam) or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Tenno.gg you agree not to:

• Post content that is abusive, hateful, threatening, or harassing toward other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its backend systems.
• Deliberately spam, abuse, or disrupt the service for other users.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or entity.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest data from the site in bulk without prior written consent.

Content on the site is moderated by a human moderation team and an automated moderation system. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion.

5. Software, Browser Extensions & Scripts

Tenno.gg may offer downloadable software, browser extensions, and scripts (collectively, "Tools"). All official Tools are hosted exclusively on tenno.gg. We are not responsible for any unofficial distributions of these Tools found elsewhere. Always download directly from tenno.gg.

Our Tools are thoroughly tested before release and before any update is published. Nevertheless, you use them at your own risk. Tenno.gg is not liable for any issues, damages, or data loss resulting from the use of our Tools.

Our Tools that interact with the official Warframe API include safeguards to prevent excessive API calls. Abusing or modifying these Tools to circumvent those safeguards may result in your Warframe account being temporarily rate-limited or suspended by Digital Extremes. Such outcomes are the sole responsibility of the user. Normal, intended use of our Tools should not put your account at risk.

Using Tenno.gg's web-based features should not result in any in-game consequences, as all standard site functionality uses the official Warframe public API in a read-only, sanctioned manner.

6. Paid Features

Tenno.gg currently does not offer any paid features or subscriptions. Should paid features be introduced in the future, users will be notified in advance with clear communication about what is included, the pricing, and any applicable refund policies before such features go live.

7. User-Generated Content

By submitting content to Tenno.gg (such as builds, guides, listings, or messages), you grant Tenno.gg a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

8. DMCA & Copyright

If you believe content on Tenno.gg infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown request to [email protected]. Include a description of the copyrighted work, the URL of the allegedly infringing content, and your contact information. We will respond promptly.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Tenno.gg is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the site or its Tools. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tenno.gg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its Tools.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Tenno.gg after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will note the effective date at the top of this page when updates are made.
