1. Introduction

Tenno.gg is an unofficial, community-operated Warframe tool site. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how to contact us about it. We are not affiliated with Digital Extremes.

2. Information We Collect

Account and authentication data

When you create an account, we collect basic identity information supplied by your selected sign-in provider, such as a username, avatar URL and email address where permitted. Direct email registration stores your email address and a securely hashed password.

Warframe profile data

Warframe profile and inventory data is imported voluntarily and stored to provide tools such as the MR Tracker, arsenal viewer and builds.

User-generated content

Builds, guides, tier lists, listings, messages and other content you create are stored to provide the service.

Anonymous analytics

We use Umami for privacy-focused, anonymous site analytics. Feedback email addresses and messages are not placed in URLs and are not sent to Umami.

Sentry error monitoring

We use Sentry to identify technical failures and performance problems. Error reports may contain a sanitized stack trace, route pathname, release and environment, approximate timings, browser/device information supplied by Sentry, and safe request metadata. We configure Sentry not to collect default personally identifying information and remove cookies, authorization headers, request bodies, credentials, database connection strings, private messages and similar sensitive fields.

Voluntary feedback

When you explicitly submit a feedback form, we require a contact email address and message; a name is optional. We also send the current page pathname, feedback category, limited technical diagnostics, an error reference when one exists, and a reviewable snapshot of the relevant active Tenno.gg search when applicable. Search context may include the submitted term, category, platform, safe filters, sort, result count, status and approximate duration. You may remove search context before submitting.

Opening or dismissing a feedback invitation does not send your email, message or search context. These fields are sent only after you press the final submit button. Feedback email is not added to general error events, associated automatically with your Tenno.gg account, or used for marketing.

Server and security data

We use session cookies to keep you signed in. Standard server and security controls may process IP addresses and request metadata for abuse prevention, rate limiting and debugging. Feedback rate limiting stores only short-lived hashed network/session keys in application memory.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide, secure and improve Tenno.gg.
• Authenticate accounts and deliver requested features.
• Investigate errors, slow pages and submitted feedback.
• Respond to support, account and privacy requests.
• Moderate content and prevent abuse.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Service Providers

Authentication providers share information according to their own privacy policies. Sentry processes technical monitoring and voluntary feedback records for us. Umami processes anonymous aggregate site analytics. These providers are used only for the purposes described above.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Account and profile data is retained while needed to operate the service. Error-monitoring and voluntary-feedback records are retained according to Tenno.gg's configured Sentry retention period and may be removed earlier when no longer needed. Short-lived feedback rate-limit entries expire automatically.

You may request access, correction or deletion of account, feedback or monitoring data by emailing [email protected]. Include enough information for us to locate the relevant record, such as the feedback date or short error reference, but never send a password, authentication code, session token or API key.

6. Security

We use HTTPS, hashed password storage, session protections, validation, payload limits, anti-spam controls and data minimization. No system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Tenno.gg is intended for users who meet Warframe's minimum age requirement. If you believe a child supplied personal information improperly, contact [email protected].

8. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy and will change the effective date when we do. Contact [email protected] for privacy, feedback, retention or deletion questions.
